Mr. Smith has been a Senior Vice President of Duff & Phelps since January 1998. Currently, he is a co-portfolio manager for the Virtus Global Infrastructure Fund and the senior utilities analyst for the DNP Select Income Fund, Inc. He was a Managing Director of Duff & Phelps from 1996-1998. From 1990-1995, Mr. Smith was employed by Duff & Phelps Investment Research Co., where he served as a managing Director (1995), a Vice President (1992 - 1994), an Assistant Vice President (1991) and an Analyst (1990). Mr. Smith concentrates his research on the global electric, natural gas and transportation infrastructure industries.
