Mr. Dybas joined Duff & Phelps in 1995 and currently heads the Global Real Estate Securities Team. He is Senior Portfolio Manager and co-founder for all dedicated REIT products managed by Duff & Phelps, which include the Virtus Real Estate Securities Fund; the Virtus International Real Estate Securities Fund; the Virtus Global Real Estate Securities Fund; the Phoenix-Duff & Phelps Real Estate Securities Series, a series of the Phoenix Edge Series Fund; the REIT portfolio within the DNP Select Income Fund Inc., a closed-end mutual fund; and separate institutional accounts.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Dybas attended the Kellogg School of Management full time, which was preceded by serving as a corporate banker for Bank One. He began his investment career in 1989.
