Mr. Soma is an equity analyst for the real estate investment trust ("REIT") products managed by Duff & Phelps. These products include REIT institutional separate accounts, the REIT portfolio within the DNP Select Income Fund Inc. closed-end fund (NYSE:DNP), the Phoenix Real Estate Securities Fund (PHRAX) offered through Phoenix Investment Partners (PXP) and the Phoenix-Duff & Phelps Real Estate Securities Series sub-account of the Phoenix Edge Series annuity product. Mr. Soma joined Duff & Phelps in 2007. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Soma was a Senior Analyst-Equity Research at The Northern Trust Company covering REITs, homebuilders, building products, and engineering and construction securities.
