Ms. Karpick joined Duff & Phelps in 2008 as Vice President, Client Relations and Business Development. She is responsible for firmwide client relations as well as for marketing of the firm's global real estate securities and listed infrastructure product lines.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Ms. Karpick served as Vice President, Investor Relations for Macerich (NYSE: MAC), a U.S. regional mall REIT based in Santa Monica, CA. Ms. Karpick also served as Senior Director, Industry Relations of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) in Washington, D.C. In this capacity, she acted as a principal spokesperson with REIT executives and institutional investors in North America and Europe to increase capital flows to U.S. real estate securities.
Ms. Karpick holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Boston College, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
