The firm has more than 28 years of experience managing investment portfolios, including open- and closed-end funds investing in utilities and REITs (which have received 17 Lipper awards through 2007), and institutional separate accounts. Product offerings include Utilities, Infrastructure, REITs, and Institutional Tax Efficient Products. Duff & Phelps has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Investment Partners, Ltd., a subsidiary of the Phoenix Companies (NYSE:PNX) since 1995. Duff & Phelps is headquartered in Chicago.
