Ron She serves as a senior global analyst with primary focus on the Asian Pacific region. In addition, he has selected coverage responsibilities in the U.S. to aid in our assessment of companies with a global and complementary nature, and to facilitate mentoring of our U.S.-focused analysts. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2007, Mr. She was a Senior Research Associate at FBR Capital Markets, where he covered various U.S. REIT sectors including retail, industrial, office, and healthcare. Previously, Mr. She worked for Capital One Financial as Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, and Assistant Vice President at Government of Singapore Investment Corp. (GIC) Real Estate, Inc. in New York, engaged in acquisition, disposition, and asset management functions involving various investment vehicles and sectors; Mr. She also worked for a state-owned real estate developer in China.
Mr. She earned his MBA degree from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, with honors; he also holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame, and graduated first in his class with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
