Joyce Riegel joined Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. in August 2002 as Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing all compliance policies and procedures. From January 2001 to August 2002 she was Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Stein Roe Investment Counsel LLC and from July 1996 to December 2000 was Compliance Officer at Stein Roe & Farnham Incorporated. She holds a BA from Governors State University and an MBA from St. Xavier University.
