("DNP") – the largest IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, at the time.
The current management team of DNP began actively managing the fund in 1996. Prior to that, the analysts for Duff & Phelps Investment Research provided utility research to DNP as well as other research clients. In fact, Duff & Phelps has six dedicated equity professionals in the utility, telecom and other infrastructure sectors. We have been researching foreign utilities and telecom companies since 1993.
