Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Enochs was head of institutional business for the Americas at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where his team served over 1,200 clients representing more than $75 billion in assets under management. Previously, Mr. Enochs worked at BMO Global Asset Management, where he led the firm’s U.S. business. In this role, he defined strategic priorities, established regional business goals, and was responsible for sales, service, and marketing for the institutional and intermediary channels in the U.S. He has also held senior positions at Wilshire Associates and Russell Investments.

Timothy Fitzgerald is a Senior Managing Director at Duff & Phelps and is responsible for the trading of equity investment portfolios. Dusty Self is the chief investment officer for the DTF Tax-Free Income 2028 Term Fund Inc. and a portfolio manager for investment-grade tax-exempt strategies at a Duff & Phelps affiliate.
Ms. Self previously worked as a portfolio specialist, and then as a performance analyst. Prior to beginning her investment management career in 1992, she worked for Barnett Bank in the commercial loans division.
Ms. Self holds a B.S. in business management from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the Southern Municipal Finance Society.
Shalini Sharma serves as a Senior Managing Director and portfolio manager of the Duff & Phelps' Investment Grade Fixed Income & Large Cap Equity institutional separate accounts. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2000, she was an Associate Director and Statistical Coordinator at Brinson Partners. She holds a BS degree from the University of New Delhi and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
Ron She provides research to the Duff & Phelps Global Real Estate Securities Team with a primary focus on the Asia-Pacific region. He also covers U.S. companies with a global reach or other complementary characteristics. He joined Duff & Phelps in 2007 and began his investment career in 1998.
Previously, Mr. She was a senior research associate at FBR Capital Markets, where he covered various U.S. REIT sectors including retail, industrial, office, and health care. He also held roles at Capital One Financial and Government of Singapore Investment Corp. (GIC) Real Estate Inc., where he engaged in investment and asset management functions involving both public and private real estate markets. In addition, Mr. She worked for a state-owned real estate developer in China.
He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with honors. He also holds an Master of Architecture degree (M.Arch) from the University of Notre Dame and graduated first in his class with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University in Beijing. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder.
Julian Shin produces and distributes marketing collateral for Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. He handles both internal and external marketing, spanning multiple channels including print, digital, and social media. He joined Duff & Phelps in 2023 and began his career in the investment industry in 2009.
Previously, he was vice president of marketing at Mesirow. He has also held marketing roles at A.T. Kearney, Aon, Neuberger Berman, Aviva Investors, and William Blair.
Mr. Shin holds a B.A. in corporate communications from Northern Illinois University.
Michael Slater provides research to the Duff & Phelps Global Real Estate Securities Team with a primary focus on Europe and Canada. He also covers U.S. companies with a global reach or other complementary characteristics. He joined Duff & Phelps in 2008 and began his investment career in 1992.
Previously, Mr. Slater was an associate portfolio manager at Goodman & Company Investment Counsel, where he was responsible for advising on a global real estate security fund. He also worked at Great West Life Insurance Company in various positions, most recently as director of asset management. In addition, he was a valuation consultant at a boutique real estate and property tax valuation firm.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance degree (B.Comm.) from the University of Toronto. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder.
Mr. Spindler is a client portfolio manager for institutional clients, consultants, and intermediaries for the firm’s listed real asset investment strategies. He joined Duff & Phelps in 2023 and began his career in the investment industry in 2004.
Prior to joining Duff and Phelps, he worked at Payden & Rygel in Los Angeles for 15 years, where he held various positions, including senior client portfolio manager and senior investment strategist for global multi-sector fixed income and multi-asset class portfolios. Prior to that, he served as an investment analyst at CBIZ Financial Solutions and as a compliance examiner at FINRA.
Mr. Spindler holds a B.S. in finance from California State University, Northridge. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder.
Flora Tong provides research to the Duff & Phelps Global Real Estate Securities Team with a primary focus on the U.S. and Asia-Pacific regions. She joined Duff & Phelps in 2023 and began her real estate career in 2015.
Previously, she was a senior research associate at Evercore Partners, where she performed detailed fundamental analysis of REITs in the apartment, single family rental, manufactured housing, industrial, and storage sectors. She has also served as a leasing officer at Hang Lung Properties and held other roles in the commercial real estate industry for multiple years.
Ms. Tong holds an M.S. in real estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a B.B.A from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
Brian VanderMeulen is a Director at Duff & Phelps and is responsible for the trading of equity investment portfolios. He joined the firm in 2000. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. VanderMeulen served in options and currency operations at First Options Chicago. He began his investment career in 1997. He holds a BS degree from Trinity Christian College and an MBA from St. Xavier University.
Kyle West, Managing Director, serves as co-Portfolio Manager for the DNP Select Income Fund and the firm’s MLP and energy infrastructure strategy. He is a Senior Research Analyst for North American midstream energy and utility companies.
Previously, Mr. West, who started with Duff & Phelps in 2005, served as an Institutional Relationship Manager and Product Specialist for the firm’s Investment Grade Fixed Income, Large Cap Equity, and Global Listed Infrastructure strategies. Mr. West holds a B.A. in Mathematics, cum laude, from Wabash College and an MBA, magna cum laude, from The Mendoza College of Business at University of Notre Dame. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder.
Wendy Williams is responsible for all HR activities including recruiting, hiring and onboarding, performance and compensation management, training, and supporting senior leadership development. She joined Duff & Phelps and began her career in the investment industry in 2013.
Throughout her career, Ms. Williams has held several human resources, office management and event planning roles at companies, such as Sony Pictures, Showtime Networks, Caesars Entertainment, and L’hoist North America.
Ms. Williams holds an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Merritt College.
Steven Wittwer heads the Duff & Phelps Global Infrastructure Team and serves as a senior portfolio manager for the Duff & Phelps Global Listed Infrastructure Strategy. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Committee and the Responsible Investment Committee. Mr. Wittwer joined Duff & Phelps in 2017 and began his career in the investment industry in 1997.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Wittwer served as a portfolio manager and senior equity analyst at Great Lakes Advisors. He also held several roles at UBS Global Asset Management, including head of their global telecom team.
He holds an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and a B.B.A. in accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder and a certified public accountant (CPA, inactive).
