Building on our long history
Duff & Phelps was founded as a fundamental research firm analyzing the utility sector, which is the birthplace of many of today’s “midstream” assets held in master limited partnerships (MLPs). We hold long-term concentrated portfolios of MLPs with geographic footprints in high-quality basins of the U.S. Our strategies focus on midstream properties—those in the distribution portion of the energy chain.
