Employee Resource Groups
We benefit from the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that our parent company, Virtus Investment Partners, offers. The ERGs provide a forum for employees to interact with others who share common interests, backgrounds, or personal characteristics such a gender, race, orientation, or ethnicity, etc. ERG members can network with colleagues, support personal and professional development, recommend educational programs on relevant topics, suggest volunteer opportunities through local organizations, and discuss shared experiences. Our ERGs include Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) Employee Resource Group, Black Employee Resource Group and Women's Employee Resource Group.
